Integrated Product Team (IPT) Management Integrated Product Team (IPT) management philosophy at Cable Tech is utilized from product development and quotation through final product delivery. Sales, Procurement, Quality, Production, Engineering, Training, Certification, and Management are all represented on the IPT’s. The use of the IPT philosophy throughout these organizations allows Cable Tech to find ways of operating the business with a low cost structure and pass these savings on to our customers. Through the IPT system and teamwork with our customers, Cable Tech repeatedly manufactures and delivers products with accelerated schedules to meet our customer’s needs. Diversity of Production Cable Tech products are utilized throughout many different industries including Aerospace, Military, Space, Commercial, Industrial, Geophysical, Marine, Medical, Automotive and Gaming applications. Services provided include discreet and power wire harness assembly, coaxial cable assembly, harness rework, custom testing of parts or assemblies, EMI shielding solutions, overbraiding, molding and potting, part and material design and/or selection, process development, and detailed part and material machining. Cable Technology can also contract with customers for service of electrical assemblies, or marking of wire using laser, sleeving, or stamping methods. Manufacturing can be accomplished using Cable Tech designed parts, materials and processes or through the use of customer supplied parts, materials and/or processes. Cable Tech is also a distributor of all types of electrical interconnect product ranging from connectors, backshells, wires, accessories, consumables or whatever our customer’s needs may require.
